brian fahling

Brian Fahling is an accomplished lawyer with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and deep trial and appellate experience. Mr. Fahling has been lead counsel in more than three hundred trials and appeals, obtaining convictions in over 95% of jury and bench trials. He was lead counsel in the successful defense of several corporations in a $300-million-dollar lawsuit and he has represented United States senators and congressmen, and the states of Mississippi and Alabama, in amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court. He has taught trial and appellate practice courses nationally and internationally. andy backlund

Andy Backlund is an experienced litigator. He has worked in large firms and on his own representing Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals.
