Evaluation Process Coordinator (August 2015 – January 2017)
Responsible for the coordination of the twice-yearly performance evaluations for almost 400 partnership-track Associates, Counsel and Senior Counsel. Duties included overseeing all aspects of the twice-yearly evaluation process from start to completion including setting up and overseeing the four-day meeting during the fall evaluation process. Interacted with all levels of staff and attorneys including technical, finance, and hospitality; extensive contact with Partners in all Perkins' offices. Responsible for overseeing and delegating work to admin staff. Responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets with varying degrees of complicated formulas; draft, edit and send written communications; set-up and maintain three databases during each evaluation period, and provide technical assistance to users during those times. During my tenure in this position, I successfully implemented a process for electronic signatures on certain documents implemented to streamline the process. I researched the product, and presented the idea. I also initiated and oversaw the combining of three processes into one for quicker turnaround time on the main database used for back-end processing during the evaluation processes.
